Always respect and strive to protect the legitimate rights and interests of users when using this product (including user privacy, user data, etc.);

In order to bring you a more satisfactory user experience, and to better communicate with you about our products and services, when you use our app (app name: Onecam, developer: Shenzhen Zhilian Huitong Technology Co., Ltd.) , we will collect certain information. This policy helps you understand the types of information we collect when you use the software,

purposes and our corresponding information protection measures. This agreement statement explains the collection and use of users’ personal information, and this policy applies to all related services of our application. If the onecam privacy policy is changed, onecam will publicize it on the website without prior notice.

The changed Privacy Policy becomes part of this Agreement upon posting. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, please stop the onecam service immediately. If you continue to use it, you will be deemed to have no objection to the revised rules and agree to abide by them.

  1. User information content

Personal Information: “Personal Information” as used in this policy refers to any information that can identify an individual, including email, phone numbers, and other information that is required to provide services. Our app will only collect your personal information if you provide it voluntarily (such as when you register with our software, ask us a comment or question).

Device Information: We collect device information that customers add to their accounts in order to provide you with software functions and applications, and when you use our software, our software also requires certain non-personally identifiable information about you , such as your domain name, IP address, phone language, etc. Our software will store this information for automatic next use.

Account information: When you register for our APP account, we will collect your account name and contact information, such as your email address, phone number, username, etc.

Device information: When you use our products, we will further collect the language preference, region, time zone, IP address information of your device, etc.

Feedback and suggestions: When you use our products to give feedback and suggest problems, we will collect your email address, mobile phone number and feedback content so that we can deal with your problems and equipment failures in a timely manner

Information disclosure, disclosure to third parties, depending on the specific circumstances, we will provide certain personal information to partners who cooperate with onecam to provide products and services or help onecam’s customers in marketing. We will only share personal information with third parties for the purpose of providing or improving our product experience and service experience, but will not share personal information with third parties for their sales purposes, and will not sell personal information. We are obliged to require the above-mentioned partners to strictly abide by the confidentiality agreement and the requirements of the personal information protection policy.
    2. We provide onecam’s partners with the statistical information of your smart terminal in a timely manner. The above statistical information does not involve your name, account number, password, phone number, email and other personal information. We may disclose your personal information to third parties according to your permission if our partners expressly state to you the information collected and the purpose of use of the information in accordance with the law and have obtained your consent. For the security of your personal information, we will desensitize and obfuscate your personal information before disclosing it to third parties.
    3. Others, according to the legal requirements of government departments, it may be necessary for us to disclose your personal information. In the event of a reorganization, merger or sale, we may transfer all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.
    4. In order to bring a better smart device experience to users, this application integrates third-party SDKs: com.xiaomi.mipush (Xiaomi push), com.vivo.push (vivo push), om.heytap.msp.push (oppo push). The integrated third-party SDK does not collect user information, and the purpose is to push you notifications about products or services, especially if smart devices need to send you alerts so that you can capture real-time conditions.

5.Request for user rights

Location information permission: We apply to you for this permission so that you can add smart devices through APP binding. When you add a smart device to the network through our APP, we ask for the permission of the mobile phone location. If the user refuses to enable the APP location permission, it will result in the inability to bind and add smart devices.

Microphone permission: We apply to you for this permission so that you can talk to the added smart device in two-way voice. When you talk to the smart device through the APP, we ask for the phone’s microphone permission. If the user refuses the microphone permission, it will lead to two-way voice intercom with the smart device.

Camera permission: We apply to you for this permission so that you can share your friends’ smart devices through the APP. When you share a friend’s device through the APP scan code, we ask for the camera permission of the mobile phone. If the user refuses the camera permission, the friend’s smart device cannot be shared.

Storage permission: We apply to you for this permission to ensure the stable operation of the client. After you enable our permission to read/write your device storage, we will read or write pictures, files, videos, crash logs, etc. to your device storage space.

Notification message permission: We apply for this permission to push you notifications about products or services, especially if smart devices need to send you alerts so that you can capture real-time conditions.

When the APP is installed and running, it asks the user for permissions unrelated to the current service scenario. After the user refuses to authorize, the application exits or closes

When entering the APP for the first time, ask the user to agree to obtain it. If the permission is required for a specific function of the business, when the user actively uses the specific function, the user is required to agree to obtain the permission.

When the user refuses unnecessary permissions, it will not affect the normal operation of the basic functions of the product.

After the user explicitly rejects the permission application, the APP will not frequently apply for permission to open the address book, location, SMS, recording, camera and other permissions that are not related to the current service scenario, harassing the user. When the user explicitly denies the permission unrelated to the current service scenario, it will not repeatedly obtain authorization from the user. At the same time “frequent” time is more than once every 48 hours.

When the user does not use the relevant functions or services, the APP applies in advance to open the address book, positioning, SMS, recording, camera and other permissions, or beyond its business functions or services, apply for the address book, positioning, SMS, recording, camera, etc. permissions.

The APP only requests relevant sensitive permissions when the user actively triggers relevant functions or business scenarios. The type and scope of permissions requested will not exceed those required for business functions or services.

6.Personal Information Protection

We take various precautions to protect your personal information from loss, misappropriation or misuse, as well as unauthorized reading, disclosure, alteration or destruction. To ensure the security of your personal information, our company has strict information security regulations and procedures. Your information is stored on servers in China. For security and backup purposes, we may store your information and data on servers of other associated companies. We will achieve this personal information for the required period of time to retain your information, unless the law requires or allows to retain the information for a longer period of time.

7.User account cancellation

The application will provide the function of correcting, deleting personal information and canceling the user account according to the law, and respond to the corresponding operation of the user in a timely manner. The user can cancel the account in the APP “My” – “Account and Security” – “Cancel Account”. After clicking the operation to cancel the account, the server will delete all account information immediately.

If manual processing is required, the verification and processing shall be completed within the commitment time limit (the commitment time limit shall not exceed 15 working days, and if there is no commitment time limit, the verification and processing shall be completed within 15 working days).

8.Information protection of minors

You must be at least 18 years old to use this product. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parent or legal guardian in advance before using our software services. Our software protects the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
